\u6839\u64da\u516c\u544a\uff0c\u9678\u65b9\u5c07\u8abf\u67e5\u6d89\u53ca2455\u9805\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u8fb2\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u4e94\u7926\u5316\u5de5\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u7d21\u7e54\u54c1\u7b49\u3002\u5927\u9678\u5546\u52d9\u90e8\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8abf\u67e5\u61c9\u5728\u4eca\u5e7410\u670812\u65e5\u524d\u7d50\u675f\uff0c\u7279\u6b8a\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u53ef\u5ef6\u9577\u81f3\u660e\u5e741\u670812\u65e5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5169\u5cb8\u81ea\u5f9e2001\u5e7411\u6708\u52a0\u5165WTO\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u70ba\u570b\u6c11\u7d93\u6fdf\u798f\u7949\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u539f\u5373\u6709\u5c07\u96d9\u908a\u8cbf\u6613\u5e36\u5411\u6b63\u5e38\u5316\u5f80\u4f86\u7684\u8a2d\u60f3\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u7d93\u6fdf\u5c40\u52e2\u7576\u6642\u4e4b\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u7136\u3002\u800c WTO\u63ed\u6aeb\u7684\u539f\u5247\u5305\u62ec\u6700\u60e0\u570b\u5f85\u9047\u539f\u5247\u3001\u570b\u6c11\u5f85\u9047\u539f\u5247\u3001\u516c\u5e73\u8cbf\u6613\u539f\u5247\u7b49\uff0c\u4fc2\u6703\u54e1\u570b\u672c\u7576\u9075\u5faa\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e92\u60e0\u7684\u5b8f\u5716\u3002\u81f3\u65bcECFA\u662f\u6709\u5229\u7684\u66ab\u884c\u63aa\u65bd\u548c\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u662f\u5169\u5cb8\u8ac7\u5224\u4e2d\u65e9\u6536\u6e05\u55ae\u7684\u6b0a\u5b9c\u4e4b\u8a08\u3002<\/p>\n

\u53f0\u7063\u5f88\u96e3\u518d\u6301\u5b88\u52e2<\/h2>\n

\u6211\u570b\u53f0\u7063\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u8cbf\u6613\u5df2\u958b\u653e\u9805\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u60df\u5c0d\u5927\u9678\u8fb2\u7522\u54c1\u5c1a\u67091066\u9805\uff08\u5360\u5df2\u958b\u653e\u768436.66%\uff09 \u5de5\u696d\u7522\u54c11394( \u5360\u5df2\u958b\u653e\u768414.85%)\u5c1a\u672a\u958b\u653e\u3002\u53f0\u7063\u81eaECFA\u7c3d\u7f72\u4ee5\u964d\uff0c\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\u4eab\u53d7\u6b64\u7a2e\u300c\u5931\u8861\u300d\u7684\u512a\u52e2\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u7ffb\u95b1WTO\u7cbe\u795e\u624b\u518a\uff0c\u4fbf\u77e5\u53f0\u7063\u5df2\u7d93\u4fbf\u5b9c\u4f54\u76e1\u3002\u82e5\u662f\u4e00\u518d\u6297\u8faf\u5b88\u52e2\u3001\u6c42\u60c5\uff0c\u9664\u986f\u5f97\u8edf\u5f31\u7121\u77e5\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u975e\u53f0\u65b9\u9577\u9060\u4e4b\u8a08\u3002<\/p>\n
