\u70ba\u4f7f\u6574\u500b\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0d\u6703\u7ce2\u7cca\u7126\u9ede\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5fc5\u9808\u6307\u51fa\uff0cECFA\u672c\u539f\u4fc2WTO\u7cbe \u795e\u4e0b\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4ea6\u5373\u5728\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u798f\u7949\u548c\u5229\u76ca\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u4e0b\u7684\u5340\u57df\u6574\u5408\uff0c\u624d\u5c6c\u7f8e\u597d\u3002\u5982\u4f55\u9054\u5230\u5168\u7403\u8cc7\u6e90\u6700\u6709\u6548\u7387\uff0d\u4f7f\u4eba\u548c\u570b\u5bb6\u6309\u7167\u4e0a\u5929\u6240\u79c9\u8ce6\u7684\u7279\u9577\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u7f8e\u597d\u3001\u7121\u969c\u7919\u7684 \u4ea4\u63db\uff0c\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u662f\u4e0a\u5e1d\u300c\u4e00\u96bb\u770b\u4e0d\u898b\u7684\u624b\u300d\u5f15\u5c0e\u7684\u4f5c\u70ba\u3002\u4eba\u985e\u5728\u975e\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\u5b78\u7fd2\u5f7c\u6b64\u76f8\u611b\uff0c\u5728\u570b\u969b\u7d93\u6fdf\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\u4fbf\u8981\u5b78\u7fd2\u7121\u7919\u5730\u6e9d\u901a\u548c\u4ea4\u63db\u3002\u9055\u80cc\u6b64\u6cd5\u5247\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u6c92 \u6709\u80fd\u7368\u5584\u5176\u8eab\u81ea\u6211\u58ef\u5927\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n

\u56e0\u6b64\u8ffd\u6c42\u5169\u5cb8\u6b63\u5e38\u800c\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u8cbf\u6613\uff0c\u61c9\u5c6c<\/strong>ECFA<\/strong>\u7684\u6b63\u78ba\u614b\u5ea6\uff0c<\/strong>\u800c\u6700\u8fd1\u91d1\u878d\u3001\u4fdd\u96aa\u3001\u79d1\u6280\u7522\u696d\u3001\u50b3\u7d71\u884c\u696d\uff0c\u80a1\u50f9\u76f4\u6f32\u548c\u5f8c\u4f86\u7684\u6ce2\u52d5\uff0c\u83ab\u4e0d\u5148\u671f\u53cd\u61c9\u9019\u7a2e\u300c\u671f\u76fc\u300d\u548c\u5c0d\u9072\u9072\u672a\u80fd\u843d\u5b9a\u7684\u7126\u616e\u3002<\/p>\n
